LEADING BY EXAMPLE
Kimber & Co was built from the ground up by Joe, a qualified carpenter who turned hard work, precision and resilience into a leading shed building business in Queensland. Starting with nothing but tools, grit and a strong work ethic, he began building sheds in 2020, training his crew to handle remote work, tough conditions and high standards.
Joe has grown Kimber & Co to deliver large commercial, mining and aviation shed construction projects across Queensland. Every machine in the fleet has been selected and maintained with purpose, so the team is fully equipped to take on serious jobs safely and efficiently.
Discipline, loyalty, mentorship and work ethic are part of the culture because he lives it every day.
